• Passengers must use the trains registered on the ticket, and boarding these trains must be done on the days registered on the ticket
• The offer does NOT allow changing the class or changing the route
• The offer allows refund and tickets can only be refunded before the first day of validity. The refund fee is 25% of the ticket price, but at least 3 euro/person.
• The exchange is considered a refund and a new issue, both of the ticket and the related reservations.
• For the seat reservation (class car, sleeping car and berth car) the reservation fee is paid extra
