The full price of tickets consists of the transport fare established according to the train rank, commercial class (1st class, 2nd class) and the tariff kilometre section (the distance covered by each train), to which is added the single seat reservation fee for mandatory reservation trains, depending on the train rank (regardless of the distance covered).
Important:
- displayed transport fares do not include reservation ticket fare;
- regarding the trains without reservation system, in case of groups of passengers, entire compartments can be booked by paying the reservation fare for each reserved seat.
Information on the seat reservation system for each train operated by CFR Călători is provided when purchasing the ticket online, at the ticket vending machines or ticket counters.
In the online applications, reservation system trains have the symbol “R”, with mentions related to the reservation system: compulsory/ optional.
